Job Description

·        Lead the Admin team (receptionist & admin officer, cleaning service) to ensure the service quality

·        Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

·        Claim expense and follow-up payments

·        Coordinate between vendor and users for company’s cars for all related matters

·        Track and confirm actual cost and delivery note of every car monthly with user and vendor

·        Support organize Commercial monthly meeting and annual team building

·        Support Finance team to raise PR, PO, and handle CMA

·        Manage storage and documents within Function

·        Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

·       University graduated, preferably having working experience in a similar role within a multinational company

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to deal tactfully and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels

·       Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate work distribution

·       Having management experience

·       Customer service mindset, sense of responsibility and honest

·       High level of confidentiality, professional integrity and ethics

·       Strong oral and written English

·       Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
