Job Description

SUPERVISE THE EXECUTION

  • Lead the overall execution process of CE activities & ensure sufficient preparation and review time (CDM & BMR) prior to execution in .
  • Define appropriate activation based on brand foundation and target audience insights.
  • Communicate each key stakeholder's role and responsibilities within the process and ensure they are well understood and followed through.
  • Drive and manage the execution of the large festivals directly with assistance provided by CE Commercial Execution.
  • Manage quality of events and PST toolbox production (event toolboxes, PST uniforms, conversation starters, VAOs).
  • Ensure all activities / deliveries to respective commercial areas are carried out as scheduled.


PARTNER MANAGEMENT

  • Manage external agencies and vendors to drive the development of efficient and effective CE platforms (infrastructure), creativity (content), and quality production of CE toolboxes.
  • Set clear agency objectives; ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are met, costs are in-line with budgets, and that all activities are in-line with our internal marketing policies and local advertising and sales regulations.
  • Manage the CE agencies through effectively negotiating annual contract, periodic performance reviews, and strategic alignment of the agency services with our standards.
  • Ensure that CE agencies are continuously monitored/evaluated.
  • Develop the new & existing CE agencies, to ensure CE activities remain on the cutting edge of innovation, effectiveness and operation efficiency.


DEVELOPMENT AND CONTROL

  • Continuously ensure our CE touch points , and its Persona's (based on respective brand's target audience) are properly segmented according to brand-fit and types of activities, and that each point contains the proper assortment and availability of product in highly visible areas.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities (touch points & toolboxes) to sell our brands efficiently through PST team. Critically evaluate existing and proposed contracts with Events to ensure appropriateness and cost efficiency.


BUDGETING

  • Manage Project budgets & spending to ensure that agreed business objectives are met through cost effective use of allocated resources - in total and by brand.
  • Initiate and carry out regular budget review meetings with marketing finance.


COMPLIANCE

  • Ensure the processes developed to conduct CE activities at the various touch points comply with the Tobacco Advertising Laws, are well-controlled and allow for efficient use of resource.
  • Ensures that all activities performed by the individual and the department comply with the spirit and letter of the Code of Conduct, the policies and procedures of PMI and local legislation.
  • Uphold corporate integrity and values and ensure all Consumer Engagement activities are in accordance with brand objectives and are within safety and security parameters.

Job Requirement

• College/University degree
• Having 3 years experiences in Project Management and 1+ years of Field Sales or Marketing work experience in FMCG Company or top local FMCG.
• Good at analytical skills,problem-solving and decision-making
• Familiarity with planning, process and external stakeholders management
• Experienced in Tobacco Industry is a plus
